Directions

We have the rooms in the Belfast booked out from 9am to 5pm on the day of the wedding. However, you are also welcome to tour the ship for free during these hours. If you're wanting to go for a wander before the ceremony, then feel free; tea and coffee will be provided at 11am for those who need post-exploration refreshments.

Directions to the HMS Belfast:

HMS Belfast is situated on the Thames Path, a few minutes from both London Bridge and Tower Bridge. The nearest tube stations are London Bridge and Tower Hill.

From London Bridge Station:
Take the exit for Tooley Street. Cross the road towards the Thames and turn right to follow the river. Turn left when you reach Hays Galleria and walk forwards to meet the river. You can't miss the huge ship in front of you!

From Tower Hill Station:
When you come out of the station, walk towards Tower Bridge (you can't miss it!) Cross the bridge on the right hand path and take the steps down to the river bank. You will be able to see the Belfast from the bridge.

Directions to The Hide Bar:

In the evening, we'll be heading down to Bermondsey Street for cocktails in the Hide Bar. Depending on building works, it may or may not be simple to locate! If you take the back exit from London Bridge station (there is an escalator down from the overground trains), aiming for the Shard, you will come to a road facing Guy's Hospital. Take a left and follow this road, which will have a row of railway arches on the left. The road will eventually come to a junction with traffic lights. Turn right here and The Hide Bar is the third entrance on your left. We have booked out the back room and festivities start at 7.30pm!
